The Cora Primavera process began on February 24, 2018, with weekly rehearsals on Saturdays, a production meeting on Mondays, and a directing meeting on Wednesdays. In 8 months, we created our first ritual-manifesto, which would premiere at Praça dos Arcos. Yet again facing financial challenges, we merged the artistic with the financial and on June 13—Hades’ day—we hosted Antropomystika: Cabaret in Tartarus at the Cia. Pessoal do Faroeste headquarters: a farewell party for Persephone, leaving the underworld to bloom as Cora Primavera.

On June 15 at 10PM, at Teatro do Faroeste, our goddess Persephone will return to the underworld accompanied by Hades, and we’ll be waiting to celebrate her arrival in the burning flames of Tartarus!
Come with Charon to set sacred and profane bodies ablaze in this wild fest between gods and mortals, divine and earthly beings!
Those who arrive before 11PM will be welcomed by Charon with a FREE SHOT OF CACHAÇA WITH HONEY!
This party is a bonded alliance with Cia. Pessoal do Faroeste, which has hosted the theater for 8 years with great resistance. Remember: this is >>>not a nightclub<<<, it’s a theater — let’s treat it with love!
