Cora Primavera rooted in the collective body of Santa Companhia the Dionysian and carnival spirit. In 2020, Santa Cia. partnered with two blocos: Soul Chico and Pirikita on Fire. With our ensemble of performers, musicians, and other members of the company, we formed the front commission of both blocos with a musical performance during their stops.

With a proposal to revive Brazilian soul music and celebrate Chico Buarque de Hollanda, we got everyone dancing and thinking during its first official parade.
The route passed through places frequented by Chico Buarque, where he composed some of his early classics.

The color is pink!
A street carnival bloco that aims to create and promote liberating gatherings through sexual and expressive freedom. We danced, sang, samba-ed, and above all, were happy through the streets of downtown São Paulo. It was cathartic.
